Funeral services for Arthur H. Wenthe, 35, 39 Ricker Street, who died at 6 p.m. Friday in a local hospital after undergoing a major operation, will be in Immanuel Lutheran Church at 10:30 a. m. Monday, Rev. A. H. Semmajin conducting. Becker-Chapman post, American Legion, will furnish pallbearers and members of the post will attend the funeral in a body. Burial will be in
Fairview.

Mr. Wenthe, who had been an employe of Stewart-Simmons Press for 15 years, was born in Bremer County Jan. 25, 1894. He came to Waterloo with his parents in 1899 and was married to L. Florence Whitson here Feb. 15, 1917.

Mr. Weathe served on the Mexican border during the disturbance there prior to enlisting in the regular army for service during the World War.

Surviving besides the widow are five children: Erwin, Lawrence, Harold, Marion and Robert; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. F. Wenthe. 1104 Logan Avenue, and six brothers and sisters: Amatia, Henry, Ferdinand, and
Donald, Waterloo; Mrs. F. E. Helbert Keystone, Ia., and George, Chicago.

The body is at, O'Keefe & Towne Mortuary.
