SUDDEN DEATH. — Last Saturday, about 12 o'clock, a little daughter of Mr. ami Mrs. Frank Lathrop was playing, when sho was suddenly taken with a spasm and never recovered, dying about six o'clock in this evening.

The little girl had been feeling rather badly for a few days before, but it was not thought that there was anything dangerous about it until the symptoms of meningitis were manifested.

The little girl was an only child, and the loss falls heavily upon tho bereaved parents. The funeral services were held yesterday.

Pearly Lathrop, daughter of C. F. and C. E. Lathrop, died Sept. 17th, aged 5 years, 10 months and 11 days. She was sick only six hours. God has taken her to himself. Pearly has gone into the beautiful and the holy.
