WATERLOO - Jerry R. Cagley, 61, of Waterloo, died at home Friday, Dec. 13, 2013, from Microscopic Polyangiitis (MPA).

He was born Nov. 2, 1952, in Waterloo, son of Frank and Pricilla Crossley Cagley. He married Renee Card and they later divorced. He married Denise Karstens Lockey in 1987.

Mr. Cagley graduated from Waterloo East High School and retired from John Deere Waterloo Tractor Works.

Survived by his wife; two daughters, Chastity (Jeremy) Northrup of Cedar Falls and Amber Cagley of Waterloo; three sons, Jacob (Dyan) of Nichols, Jared (Lori) of Cedar Rapids and Jeremy of Waterloo; 15 grandchildren; three sisters, Theresa Hildreth of Georgia, and Eva Dunlap and Darcy (Duane) Lewis, both of Waterloo; and five brothers, Robert and Patrick, both of Waterloo, Frank of Plainfield, Rory and Kurt (Susan), both of Cedar Falls.

Preceded in death by his parents; a sister-in-law, Nareene Cagley; and a brother-in-law, Kenneth Hildreth.

Celebration of Life: 10 a.m. Friday at New Day Christian Center, 644 Home Acres Ave., Evansdale, followed by fellowship.

Memorials may be directed to the family for donation to hospice.
