CEDAR FALLS - Marian F. Paul, 100, of Cedar Falls, died Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, at NewAldaya Lifescapes.

She was born Oct. 17, 1913, in Eldora, daughter of Roy F. and Catherine Bagan Lynch. She married Maurice H. Paul on Aug. 21, 1936, in Cedar Falls; he died May 6, 1986.

A graduate of Cedar Falls High School, Mrs. Paul was a secretary for many years at the Cedar Falls High School, retiring in 1981.

Survived by a daughter-in-law, Janice Paul of Grass Valley, Calif.; two grandchildren, Jason Paul and Aimee (Grant) Phebus; and three great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents; a son, Darald M.; three sisters, Marcella Damge, Ruth Ann DeBille and an infant; and three brothers, Maurice D., Dave E. and Patrick D. Lynch.

Celebration of Life service: 2 to 4 p.m. Monday at NewAldaya Lifescapes. Private burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery, rural Cedar Falls. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof was in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice and NewAldaya Lifescapes activity fund.
