Services for William L. Lynn, 94, of Americana Nursing Home, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Catholic Church with burial in Calvary Cemetery. He died at 3;30 a.m. Wednesday at the nursing home of complications of age.

He was born Oct. 14, 1882, in Shell Rock, son of Francis and Bridget Daily Lynn.

He lived in Waterloo for 54 years, and was an engineer at the Ellis Hotel for 35 years. He married Julia Reidy Oct. 8, 1949, and she preceded him in death last July 3.

Survivors include a brother, Kenneth of Luck, Wis., and a sister, Mrs. Mary Scully of Dubuque.

There will be a parish rosary at 7:30 p.m. Friday at O'Keefe and Towne Funeral Home.
