Services for Dorathea L. Fort, 68, of 1024 Western Ave., will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Parrott and Wood Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hamburg Cemetery, Hamburg. She died Saturday morning at her home.

She was born Nov. 2, 1916, in Hamburg, the daughter of Charles and Ethel Smith Fort. She
moved to Waterloo in 1918 and was secretary-treasurer at the Waterloo Foundry until she retired.

She was an avid bowler, serving as current president of the Iowa Women's Bowling Association and an inductee at the association's local and state halls of fame. As a member of the Altrusa Club she was instrumental in establishing Circus Theme Park in C. A. Morris Park

Survivors include three nieces and three nephews.

Friends may call at the funeral home from to 2 to 9 p.m. today or from 9 a.m. to services Monday. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 to 5 p.m. today.

Memorials may be given to Cedar Valley Hospice or the Bowling Hall of Fame and Museum in St. Louis.
