Services for Dorothy A. Anderson, 70, of 436 Hughes Drive, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, Lansing, Ill., with burial in Oak Glen Cemetery, Lansing.
Mrs. Anderson died Saturday afternoon (July 4, 1987) at the hospice unit of Covenant Medical Center at Kimball Avenue. The cause of death was not disclosed.

She was born Feb. 10. 1917, in Chicago, daughter of Gustave and Grace Forsberg Nelson. She married Sam Anderson on March 10, 1940, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

She was employed at First National Bank of Lansing, retiring in 1982.

Survivors include a son, Stan M. of 436 Hughes Drive; and a stepson, Robert Anderson of Los Gatos, Calif.

Locke Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Memorials may be made to the Cedar Valley Hospice.
