Funeral services for Mrs. Jessie Hunt, 77, of 605 Kingsley Avenue, who died at 1:45 p. m. Monday at the family home of complications incident to advanced age and a lingering illness are pending at O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hunt was born Jan. 15, 1874, in Waverly, la, the daughter of John and Elizabeth Wilder. She was married Sept. 25, 1894, to Fred A. Hunt in Denver, Iowa. Her husband preceded her in death. She was a Waterloo resident for the last 60 years.

Mrs. Hunt was a member of First Presbyterian church and of the Waterloo Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by three sons, Fred, Jr., of 1016 Columbia Street; Lawrence, of San Antonio, Tex., and Harry R., of 133 Lincoln Street; three daughters, Mrs. Miriam Hawkins of Chicago; Mrs. Margaret Steeves, of Louisville, Ky., and Mrs. Josephine Edwards, of 605 Kingsley Avenue; a brother, John Wilder, of 424 Saxon Street; a sister, Mrs. Mary Reidesel of Bakersville, Cal.; 13 grandchildren and two great grandchildren

Funeral services for Mrs. Jessie Hunt, 77, of 605 Kingsley Avenue, will be Thursday at 2 p. m. at First Presbyterian Church, Rev. H. E. Dierenfield, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs Hunt died at home Monday.
