WATERLOO - Debra B. Smith, 58, of Waterloo, died Monday, Nov. 25, 2013, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home of lung cancer.

She was born Aug. 6, 1955, in Willard, Ohio, daughter of Morris and Esther Cox Rinker. She married Jeffrey D. Smith on April 23, 1983, in Waterloo.

Survived by her husband; two sons, Jared “Boomer” and Joshua, both of Waterloo; a grandson, Carter Smith of Waterloo; her mother, Esther Wilson of Waterloo; three brothers, Tim (Mary) Charles of Ohio, Zack (Rosanne) Rinker of Louisiana, and M. Franklin Rinker of Illinois; three sisters, Sharon (Troy) Noble of Alabama, Mandy Adair and Mea (Mike) Facciani, both of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by her father.

Memorial services: 2 p.m. Saturday at Kearns Funeral Service Kimball Chapel, preceded by an hour of visitation.

Memorials may be directed to the Smith family to be used for her final arrangements and medical expenses.
