WATERLOO - Goldie May Davis, 93, of Waterloo, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 2006, at ManorCare Health Services.

She was born July 4, 1912, in New Hartford, daughter of Floyd S. and Etta Faye Tucker Card. She married Wayne T. Davis on Sept. 6, 1930 in Waverly. He died May 11, 1993.

Mrs. Davis was a member of the Calvary Center Church in Independence and Celebrations First Assembly of God Church in Waterloo.

Survivors include three sons, Duane of Kingman, Ariz., Jack (Barbara) of Hazleton and Larry (Sharon) Davis of Waterloo; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; and two brothers, the Rev. L.C. (Maxine) Card of Anaheim, Calif., and Gale (Millie) Card of Montezuma.

Preceded in death by a grandson, Mark Davis; three brothers, Samuel, Virgil and Floyd Card; and a sister, Vi Peterson.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday at Celebrations First Assembly of God Church, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball, and for an hour before services Monday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
