Services for Herbert E. "Rusty" Carr, 56, of Waukesha, Wis., formerly of Waterloo, will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Cezarz and Zinnecker Funeral Home with burial in Prairie Home Cemetery both in Waukesha. He died Monday afternoon at a Waukesha hospital.

He was born April 19, 1925, in Waterloo, son of Paul and Verna Blowers Carr. He married Gloria Izzard July 12, 1966, in Waterloo. He worked for the Waterloo Police Department.

Survivors include his wife of 1506 Summit Ave., Lot 329, Waukesha, Wis.; three sons, Bruce and Allen, both of Waterloo, and Mark of Logansport, Ind.; six stepchildren, Mrs. Sheila LeGrand of Hartland, Wis., Mrs. Cheryl Rinnels of Denver, Mrs. Diane Lucas of Montello, Wis., Dwight Hanson of Cedar Falls, Mrs. Marleene Desaw of West Allis, Wis., and Mrs. Debbie Ratz of West Milwaukee, Wis.; and 11 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Waukesha.
