Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church for Edward J. Moran, Jr., 44, of 115 Lafayette St., who died at 3 a.m. Sunday of a heart attack. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Duane Brady, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. There will be a parish Rosary at 7 p.m. Monday at the O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home.

He was born on Aug. 12, 1921, in Waterloo, the son of Edward J. and Ruth Chevalier Moran. Mr. Moran was a veteran of World War II and driver for the Bradley Yellow Cab Co. He was married on Dec. 15, 1943, in St. Joseph's Catholic church in Waterloo to Eileen Powers.

Surviving are his wife, two brothers, William Force at Chanute in the air Field, Ill.;
Thomas, address unknown; three sisters, Mrs. Virgil Mullins of 1410 Virginia St.; Mrs. Charles Seit of Phoenix, Ariz.; Mrs. Arnott Gilbert of Harbor City, Calif.; half-sisters, Mrs. Willard Randall of Mesa, Ariz.; Mrs. Marie Moe of Argyle, Wis.; Mrs. John Keiffer Darlington, Wis.
