Arthur A. Erbb, 76, of 171 W. 11th St., died about 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Schoitz Memorial Hospital of cancer.

Mr. Erbb was born Aug. 29 1888, at Chariton, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Erbb. He married Anna Brody, Feb. 10, 1915 at Vinton. They lived in the Urbana area until 1919 when they moved to Waterloo.

He was employed as a cabinet maker for the Herrick Refrigeration Co. for 27 years retiring in 1955. He was a member of the Cen tral Christian Church, and the Waterloo Oddfellows Black Hawk Lodge No. 72.

Survivors include the widow at home; a step-son, Condon Brody, 406 Florence St.; two step-daughters, Mrs. Howard Ralston, 919 Mitchell Ave., and Mrs. Harry Kruse, of Grundy Center; a sister, Mrs. Florence Guest, of Otlumwa; a brother Fred Erbb of Livingston, Mont.; six grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Erbb was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and a sister.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:30 p. m. Wednesday at the Central Christian Church Friends may call at the Parrott & Wood Funeral Home after 11 a. m. Tuesday.

Funeral services for Arthur A. Erbb, 76, of 171 W. 11th St., will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Central Christian Church. The Rev. N. O. Rogers, associate pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The casket will be taken to the church at noon Wednesday and friends may call there from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m..

Mr. Erbb died Sunday afternoon at Schoitz Memorial Hospital.
