WATERLOO -- James Frank Arbuckle, 74, of Waterloo, died Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, at Allen Hospital of natural causes.

He was born Sept. 24, 1938, in Waterloo, son of Jesse V. and Mary V. Jenkins Arbuckle. He married Raela Jean Munson and they later divorced.

Survived by four sons, Ben (Lori) and James (Carol), both of Vinton, Don of Independence and Ron (Lisa) of Gilbert, Ariz.; a daughter, Raela (Rory) Winteroth of Vinton; several grandchildren; and a brother, Dean L. of Eureka Springs, Ark.

Preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Dilbert D.; and a sister, Patricia D. Haefner.

Graveside services: 1:15 p.m. Wednesday at Garden of Memories. Visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service.
