WATERLOO - Betty J. Lickness, 75, of Waterloo, died Sunday, April 10, 2005, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home of natural causes.
She was born Feb. 26, 1930, in Elroy, Wis., daughter of Oscar and Florence E. Mabb Paulson. She married Dean M. Lickness on Oct. 22, 1953, in Waterloo. He died Feb. 12, 2005.
Survivors include two sons, Jeffrey D. (Deborah) of Hudson and Timothy A. of Castle Rock, Colo.; two daughters, Pamela S. (David) Siler of Walker and Sandra A. Lickness of Ames; four grandchildren; a brother, Robert Paulson of Milwaukee; and a sister, Dorothy Sawyer of Minneapolis.
Services: 1 p.m. Friday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball, Waterloo, with inurnment at a later date. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
