James B. "Wilson" Wilson, 49, of Traer, died Friday, April 8, 2005, at Covenant Medical Center, Waterloo, following a brief illness.

He was born Oct. 12, 1955, in Waterloo, son of Melvin L. and Joan Penning Wilson. He married Cathleen Beckman-Kessell on July 19, 1997, in Sunrise Beach, Mo.

Mr. Wilson owned and operated the Wind-Up Lounge in Traer.

Survivors include his wife; his parents of Sunrise Beach; a brother, Bruce (Denese) of Overland Park, Kan.; and two sisters, Sandy (Bill) Boyd of Clarksville and Connie (Mark) Baker of Murfreesboro, Tenn.

A wake in his honor will be held at the Wind-Up Lounge, Traer, at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
