WATERLOO - Marian A. McCabe, 83, of Ridgeway Place, died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2005 at Allen Hospital of natural causes.

She was born Oct. 22, 1922, in Lauderdale, Minn., daughter of Martin and Mary Peterson Baagason. She married Edward Thomas McCabe April 25, 1941, in Williamsburg. He died Sept. 4, 1986.

Ms. McCabe was employed with Allen Hospital in the medical records department for 20 years.

Survived by: two sons, David (Rifka Silverberg) of Toronto, Canada, and James (Kerry) of Savage, Minn.; two daughters, Lynda (Patrick) McAleer and Anne (Bob Claassen) McCabek, both of Waterloo; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: three brothers, Leonard Larson, Lyle Larson and Ervin Larson.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, St. Mary's site, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, where there will be a 4 p.m. rosary and 7 p.m. vigil service. Visitation also for an hour before services Monday at the church.

Memorials: may be directed to the church or Ridgeway Place.
