WATERLOO - Adaline A. Holdiman, 90, of Friendship Village, died there Friday, Nov. 2, 2007, of natural causes.

She was born Jan. 9, 1917, in Waterloo, daughter of Henry W. and Helen Schroeder Mixdorf. She married Ray A. Holdiman on Feb. 15, 1947. He died July 13, 1988.

Survivors include a brother, Merwyn (Marjorie) Mixdorf of Cedar Falls; two sisters, Jean (Dick) Gates of Clive and Bonnie Nichols of Cedar Falls; and a brother-in-law, Dean (Ruby) Holdiman of Florida.

Preceded in death by two brothers, Leslie F. and Ellsworth E. Mixdorf.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service, is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice, Friendship Village Endowment or Zion Lutheran Church.
