Funeral services will be Friday at 3 p.m. at the Chapel of Memories West, Waterloo, for Mrs. Wilbert Stacy, 49, of 403 W. Cedar St., North Cedar, who died at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday at Sartori Memorial Hospital, Cedar Falls of complications of diabetes. The Rev. Oren L. Baker, pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene, Cedar Falls, will officiate. Friends may call at the Chapel of Memories West after 5 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Harlington Cemetery, Waverly.

She was born Eleanor Randall, the daughter of Ray and Vivian Burroughs Randall on Nov. 10, 1921 in Packard, Iowa. She was married to Wilbert Stacy on Sept. 10, 1941 in Bethany, Mo.

Mrs. Stacy was a graduate of Waverly High School and Pitze's Beauty School. She was a Baptist by faith.

Surviving are her husband, Wilbert; four sons, Donald, William and James, all of Racine, Wis.; and Dennis at home; one daughter, Linda at home and three grandchildren.
