Mrs. Blanche Lichty, 58 died at 4:30 a.m. yesterday at the Christie Convalescent Home at Cedar Falls, where she had been a resident for the past six months. She formerly resided at 808 South Street.

She was born Sept. 17, 1893*, at Ashland, O, as Blanche Linn, the daughter of Loren and Mary Galt linn. She married Olin J. Lichty at Ashland in 1916.

She is survived by two sons: Olin Lichty, Jr., Route 1, Cedar Falls, and Richard L. Lichty, Highway 218 south of Waterloo. She also leave a sister in Dayton and a brother in Ashland, O. There are two grandchildren.

Mrs. Lichty was a member of the Methodist church, the Women's Christian Temperance union and the Order of Eastern Star.

The body was taken to the Nelson Funeral Home in Cedar Falls, but will be removed to the Locke Funeral Home, Monday, where funeral service will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday, conducted by the Reverend Miller. Burial will be in the Orange Township Cemetery.
