Services for Marshall (Mike) Wade, 69, of 1800 Sycamore Steet, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Locke Funeral Home, with burial in Waterloo Cemetery. Mr. Wade died Friday morning at Park Rapids, Minn., of emphysema.

He was born Nov. 22, 1906, in Council Bluffs, son of Perry and Mabel Culbertson Wade. He married Leeta Rabey in May of 1939 in Council Bluffs, and they were later divorced. He married Grace Gordon Oct. 14, 1959, in Waukegan, Ill.

He was a retired engineer for Illinois Central Gulf Railroad.

Survivors mclude his wife; a daughter, Mrs. John Rosa of Ft. Riley, Kan.; a son, David of Creighton, Neb.; and a brother, Rev. A. C. Wade of Portland, Ore.
