Mrs Bruce Hargraves, 33, of Poway, Calif., formerly of Waterloo, died at a San Diego, Calif., hospital May 16, 1976, of cancer.

Memorial services are pending at St. Paul's United Methodisl Church in La Porte City.

She was born Judy Mortensen Feb. 21, 1943, in Waterloo She moved to California in the mid-1960s.

Survivors mclude her husband; a son, Jeffrey of Poway; her mother, Mrs. Thelma Joens of La Porte Cily; her father Paul Mortensen of Toddville; a brother, William Joens of 1151 Meadow Lane; and her maternal grandmother. Mrs. Arthur A. Mosher, 103 Alta Vista Ave.
