Services for Theron A. Campbell, 76, of 136 Lillian Lane, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Parrott & Wood Funeral Home with burial in Orange Township Cemetery. Mr. Campbell died Tuesday at Schoitz Medical Center.

He was born Dec. 14, 1908, in Ocheydan, son T.A.Campbell of Fred C. and Linnie Dewitt Campbell. He married Bertha Mathias in 1935. They were later divorced. He married Loretta Riffel in 1953. She preceded him in death. He married Dorothy Boyle on Sept. 3, 1976.

Mr. Campbell owned a business in Minneapolis. After the sale of the business, he returned to Black Hawk County where he farmed near Hudson and raised pedigree dogs. During this time he was president of the Hudson Farm Bureau and president of the Waterloo Kennel Club. He later moved to Waterloo and established the T. A. Campbell Realty Co. He was president of the Board of Realtors in 1961.

Mr. Campbell helped establish the first "Sister City" program between Waterloo and Kang Nung, Korea.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Thomas W. Campbell of Houston; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Beverly Hinds of Sioux City; a sister, Mrs. lola Miller of the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home; and five step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call today and before services Friday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends after 7 p.m. Thursday.

Memorials may be made to First Brethren Church or the American Heart Association.
