Mrs. Edward Lang, 49, 1240, Ackermant Street, died Thursday at 3:30 p. m. at her home, of a heart attack, she had teen a resident of Waterloo for 14 years.

Martha Schultz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Schultz, was born in Sumner Township, Bremer County, Iowa. Nov. 17, 1883. She was married to Edward Lang Jan. 17, 1907. Mrs. Lang was a member of First Lutheran church.

Surviving besides her husband are one brother, William Schultz, Nashua, la., and two sisters, Mrs. Charles F. Mohlis, 315 Broadway, and Mrs. Rudolph Bayer, New Hampton,
la.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p. m. at, the O'Keefe & Towne chapel with Rev. Henry Mueller, pastor of First Lutheran Church, officiating. There will be a church service at 3:30 at Tripoli, la., and burial will be made at that place.
