Mrs. Gail B. Fox, 62, of 436 Conger Street, died at 6:30 a.m. Monday at Allen Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.

She was born in Bradford, Iowa on March 12, 1888, the daughter of William and Anna Myer.

She was married to Vern L. Fox in Des Moines in 1905. He preceded her in death in March 1941.

Surviving are two sons, Kenneth M., 210 Poplar Avenue and Robert I., 129 Hawyer Court; one daughter, Mrs. Helen Straub, 1016 Conger Street; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Cormaney, Alden, Iowa and Mrs. Fern Daniels, Webster City, Iowa; one brother, V. H. Myer, 238 Rosebud Avenue and three grandchildren.

The body is at O'Keefe and towne Funeral Home where funeral arrangements are pending.
