Deborah Ann Kuennen, one-week-old daughter of Irenus and JoAnn Simmons Kuennen of 1738 Patton, died at 6:45 a.m. Monday at Schoitz Hospital.
Survivors include her parents and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Kuennen of Oelwein.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Calvary Cemetery with the rev. John Stark, assistant pastor of Sacred Heart Church officiating.
The Oppold Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
