Mrs. Mary McGuire died yesterday morning of a complication of deseases at the age of 75 years.

She leaves her husband and five children to mourn her loss. Mrs. I. J. Reed, a daughter of the deceased, is the only child living in this country.

The funeral occurs this morning at St. Joseph's Church, Father Nagle officiating.
