CEDAR FALLS—Kathryn A. "Kitty" Kunz, 77, of Cedar Falls, died at home Saturday, Oct. 2, 2004.

She was born Sept. 10, 1927, in Ann Arbor, Mich., daughter of James and Dorothy S. Scofeld Robinson. She married George P. Kunz May 26, 1954, in Chicago. He died May 19,2003.

Mrs. Kunz received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin and her master's degree from the University of Chicago. She was a social worker with the Lutheran Welfare Services in northern Iowa.

Survivors include a stepson, George J. (Mary Sue) Kunz of Las Vegas; a half sister, Shirley McCrum of Garden Grove, Calif.; and a grandson.

There will be no services per her request. Richardson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to the National Humane Society or Cedar Bend Humane Society.
