EDAR FALLS — Ethelyn “Tootie” Howard Webrand, 78, of Cedar Falls, died Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013, at Allen Hospital, Waterloo.

She was born July 23, 1935, in Iowa City, daughter of James N. and Ethel Evenson Howard. She married Orlow A. Webrand on April 14, 1957, in Waterloo.

Mrs. Webrand worked as a bookkeeper at Cedar Falls Trust and Savings Bank and then at Control-O-Fax in retirement.

Survived by her husband; two sons, Howard and Wayne, both of Cedar Falls; three daughters, Vicki (Alan) Baldwin of Cedar Falls, Barbara Webrand of Mesa, Ariz., and Jolene (Randy) Wilder of Waterloo; two granddaughters, Alexandra and Nicole Wilder; two stepgrandchildren, Bess Baldwin (Bryan) McAlpine and Jered Baldwin; a great-granddaughter, Amya Wilder; two stepgreat-grandchildren, Adyson McAlpine and Liam McAlpine; and a brother, Lester (Dee) Howard of Apache Junction, Ariz.

Preceded in death by two brothers, Melvin and James A. Howard; and a sister, Eileen Simpson.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday at Richardson Funeral Service, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and for an hour before services Monday.

A memorial fund will be designated at a later date.
