WATERLOO — Jeff Allen Crase, 37, of Glenwood, formerly of Waterloo, died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2013 at Jennie Edmundson Memorial Hospital, Council Bluffs.

He was born July 14, 1976, in Waterloo, son of Donald VanWee and Dorothy Mae Necas.

Mr. Crase graduated from River Hills School, Cedar Falls, in 1997.

Survived by his mother of Waterloo; and two brothers, Gary Crase of Cedar Falls and Thomas Allen Necas Jr. of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by his father; and his grandparents, Thomas J. and Marian Dean Davis.

Memorial services noon to 6 p.m. Aug. 17 at Lookout Park, Cedar Falls, with inurnment in Mount Auburn Cemetery, Waterloo. Loess Hills Funeral Home, Glenwood, in charge of arrangements.
