Services for Larry Gillespie, 47. of San Bernardino, Calif., formerly of Waterloo, will be Wednesday in San Bernardino with burial there. He died there Saturday after a short illness.
He was born Sept. 15, 1937, at Waterloo, son of Archie and Alice Kruse Gillespie. Mr. Gillespie moved to California 15 years ago.
He is survived by his mother of San Bernardino; four children, Mark, Michael, Matthew and Mary, all at home; three sisters, Darlene Springer of Waterloo, Marvella West of Evansdale and Doneta Bryant of Colton, Calif.; and four brothers, Kenneth of Waterloo, Archie of Boone and Curtis and Davis, both of San Bernardino.
