CEDAR FALLS - Services for Gae L. Olson, 84, of 3312 Pridemore Drive, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Parrot & Wood Funeral Home, Waterloo, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. She died Saturday morning at Allen Memorial Hospital, Waterloo.

She was bom July 5, 1900, at West Manesfield, Ohio, daughter of Corbin T. and Amy V. Williams Short. She married Chris R. Olson Dec. 13, 1920 at Cedar Falls.

She is survived by her husband; a son, Richard E. of California; two daughters, Mrs. Merle Schauer of
California and Mrs. Kenneth Ehrhardt of Waterloo; nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; a brother, Byron A. Short of Kettering, Ohio; and two sisters. Mrs. Ivan Rainbow of Anoka, Minn., and Mrs. Donald Schempp of Waterloo.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter.

Friends may call from 7 p.m. Monday until services Wednesday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Memorials may be made to Christ Lutheran Church.
