Jasper N. Hanlon, 61, 613 Ankony Street, Waterloo carpenter for the past 25 years, died at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at his home of carcinoma of the stomach. He had been ill for the past six months.
Mr. Hanlon, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Hanlon, was born near Indianapolis, Ind., Oct. 16, 1868. He married Mary Rominger at Marshalltown, Iowa, March 14, 1894. He was a member of Grace Methodist Episcopal Church.
Surviving besides his widow, are three sons: I. M. Hanlon, 314 Sullivan Street; W. J. Hanlon, Minneapolis, Minn., and H. N. Hanlon, Milwaukee, Wis., and three daughters: Mrs. H. P. Haffa, 324 Quincy Street; Mrs. W. E. Barlow, 115 Gable Street; Mrs. A. W. Lubert, 414 Chestnut Street.
One daughter, Mrs. Hazel Haffa, preceded her father in death.
The body was taken to the Parrott & Wood Funeral Home.
