Charles Wasson, 89, who died at St. Francis Hospital in Waterloo early Sunday, will be here at the Dahl Funeral Home at 1:30 p. m. Wednesday, conducted by Dr. W. W. Bowers, retired Methodist minister. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Watson was born at Peoria, Illinois, Oct. 1, 1859. son of Edward and Louise Waston. He came to Iowa with his parents and his sister, Eva. The family settled in Powershiek County, where another daughter, Minnie, was born. Both of his sisters preceded Mr. Wasson in death.

Wasson married Ella* Hinton in Poweshiek County in 1896. She died several years ago. For the last two and one-half years he had made his home with Mrs. Gertrude Lowe, 102 Wellington Street, Waterloo.

He was taken to the hospital Saturday night. The body is at the Dahl funeral home.
