CEDAR FALLS- Margaret E. Garner, 91, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, December 14, 2008 at Western Home Communities Martin Center.

She was born November 14, 1917 near Davis Corner in Howard County, daughter of Harry Cleveland and Anna (Tabbert) Beuhler. She married Kenneth L. Garner on January 1, 1939. He died in 1975.

Mrs. Garner had worked as a waitress at Fisher's Grill in Waterloo, and later was employed with Rath Packing.

Survivors include two daughters, Tempest (Arlos) Fisher of Cedar Falls and Darlene (Ken) Puckett of Florida; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and two sisters, Lorraine Thompson of LaPorte City and Mona Ingham of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by two sisters, Katherine Wilkens and Helene Moore; one brother, Frank Beuhler; and one granddaughter, Marcy Fisher.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday in Antioch Cemetery, rural Clarksville. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday at Richardson Funeral Home.
