CEDAR FALLS - Viola Rebholz, 94, of the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home, died there Monday, April 4, 2005.

She was born Nov. 7, 1910, in Polk Township, Bremer County, daughter of Bert and May Michael Hall. She married Francis B. Rebholz Sept. 5, 1937, in Waverly. He died Sept. 10, 2001.

Mrs. Rebholz was employed as a switchboard operator with Northwestern Bell Telephone Co., Waverly, prior to marriage, and later was an organist with various churches in the metro area.

Survivors include three sons: Eugene (Ann) of Peoria, Ill., Craig (Betsy) of St. Louis and Bill of Marshfield, Wis.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by three brothers, Rolf, Chester and Dillon.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home chapel, with burial in Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the Lutheran Home. Richardson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
