Funeral services for Charles H. Leahy, 74, former resident of the Cedar Falls area, who died Sunday at Novato, Calif, will be conducted at 9 a. m Wednesday at the Catholic church in Novato. Burial will be at that city.

He was born in Cedar Falls in 1884, the son of James and Mary Leahy. In 1910 he married Pearl Gates. They farmed near Cedar Falls until 1936, later moving to the vicinity of Clarksville, where they farmed until 1942. They have resided in California Since then.

Surviving are the wife, two foster sons, James and Paul Nyholm; four nephews, Robert Leahy and Earl Brown, both of Cedar Falls; Harold Brown, of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Roger BRown of Haworth, N. J.
