Gary Lee Reed II, 29, of Waterloo died Thursday, May 3, 2007, at home from injuries sustained in a house fire.

He was born Aug. 6, 1977 in Waterloo, the son of Gary Lee I and Dianne Malone. Mr. Reed was employed with Gleason Construction.

Survived by his father of Waterloo; his mother of Ottumwa; a son Dalton Reed of Waterloo; a daughter, Rachel Reed of Waterloo; His ex fiance Marjorie Lancaster of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Floyd and Maggie Reed; maternal grandparents Leo and Barbara Malone.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation from 4-8 p.m. Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South St. where there will be a 7 p.m. vigil service. Visitation also one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
