George was born November 27, 1952, the son of George and Dorothy Mae (White) Carolus. He attended River Hills School and Worked at Goodwill Industries.

George is survived by four sisters, Merelyn (Russell) Harberts of Hudson, Colleen (Bernie) Castillo and Roberta "Bobbi" (Virgil) White, both of Kimberling, MO, and Georgia Rae Blair of Shelton, WA.
George died Monday, February 12, 2006, at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Jack A. Carter.
