Funeral services for Floyd E. Rudel, 70, of Rt. 5, will be at 2 p. m. tomorrow at the Locke Funeral Home. The Rev. Fred Miller, pastor of the First Methodist Church of Waterloo, will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Mr. Rudel died 2:45 p. m. Friday at St. Francis Hospital. Death was caused by a cerebral hemhorrage.

He was born on the farm on which he lived April 29, 1888, and was the son of William and Magdelena Behringer Rudel.

He spent his lifetime in farming except for the years he spent in the armed forces during World War I. He was a member of the Methodist Church.

He is survived by three sisters: Mrs. L. H. Turner, 816 Colorado St.; Mrs. E. E. Mohr, 1619 Franklin St.. and Edith Landgraf, 1623 Franklin St. Also surviving are two nephews, Elmer W. Turner 1918 Jefferson St., and Ernest E. Mohr, Rochester, N. Y.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
