Services are pending at Parrolt & Wood Funeral Home for a 99-year-old former resident Mrs. Effie M. DeCamp, who died Sunday at Roseburg, Ore. of complications of age.

She was born July 22, 1869 at Aflon, N.Y., and lived in Waterloo from 1915 until 1950. She was a member here of Walnut Street Baptist Church, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Order of Eastern Star.

Mrs. DeCamp was preceded by her parents; her husband, Lester DeCamp; a daughter, Mrs. Joyce Ricks; and a son, Roy DeCamp.

Her only survivors are four granddaughters: Mmes. Beth Robison of Eugene, Ore., Dorothy Wills and Ruth Hoffman, both of Roseburg, and Miss Nadyne Ricks, a Baptist missionary in Liberia; and four great grandchildren.
