WATERLOO — Fem Marie O'Donnell, 82, of Phoenix, died Monday, Jan. 8, 2001, at Hospice of the Valley at Thunderbird Samaritan Hospital, Glendale, of Alzheimer's disease.

She was born Aug. 17, 1918, in Waterloo, daughter of John Henry and Bertha Dora Kluth Niedeit She married John Kenneth O'Donnell in 1941, in Waterloo.

Survived by two sons, Gary and Michael; three daughters, Carol Allen, Joanne Bosley and Patricia Kloog; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Richard Niedert and Russell Niedert; and two sisters, Marlys Carr and Harriet Johnson.

Preceded in death by her husband; and two sons, John Kenneth Jr. and James Michael

Services: 10 a.m. today at St Paul's Catholic Church, with burial in St Francis Catholic Cemetery, both in Phoenix.
