Services for Lillian A. Kline, 81, of 219 Allen St., will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Trinity American Lutheran Church, with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery, Independence. She died Saturday morning at St Francis Hospital.

Miss Kline was born Nov. 5, 1903 in Wenona, Ill., daughter of William and Helen Rachuy Kline. She worked a number of years at Black's Department Store and most recently at Deere & Co., retiring in 1966

Survivors include a brother, Willard Kline, and a sister, Alice Kline, both of Waterloo.

Friends may call at Parrott and Wood Funeral Home noon to 9 p m Monday, 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday and an hour before services at the church.
