WATERLOO - Margaret M. Bulmer, 61, of Countryview Care Facility, died Sunday, April 15, 2007, at Covenant Medical Center.

She was born May 30, 1945, in Burt, daughter of William and Mary Border Rickard. She married Gerald Bulmer, and they later divorced.

Survivors include a son, Gerald (Wendy); three brothers, Donald, Garry and Larry Rickard, all of Wichita, Kan.; and two sisters, Rosemary Briney of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Georgie Burgess of Cresco.

Preceded in death by an infant son, Clayton Todd; and a brother, Richard Rickard.

Services: 2 p.m. Friday at Country View, with burial in Shaulis Road Cemetery. Public visitation from 12:30 p.m. until services Friday at Country View. Hagarty-Wayhoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway is in charge of arrangements.
