CEDAR FALLS - Jane Simpson, of Cedar Falls died Saturday, July 21, 2007 at the Cedar Fall Lutheran Home.

She was born January 20, 1929 daughter of John and Susan (Macko) Hvizdak in Alcove, New York. On June 16, 1952, she was united in marriage to Robert Simpson in Newburgh, New York. She was employed as a customer service representative with AT&T, Northwestern Bell, US West, and Qwest, retiring in 1992.

Surviors include her husband of Cedar Falls, two daughters, Noreen Simpson of Eden Prairie, MN and Ellen (Carl) McCullough of Hastings, MN; two sons, Scott (Cathy) of Jonesboro, IN and Kent (Karen) Grapevine, TX; five grandchildren, Caitlin Simpson, Morgan McCullough, Aaron McCullough, Shannon McCullough, and Jacob Simpson; and sister, Margaret Northway of Tucson, AZ

Preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters.

Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home Chapel, with family receiving friends following the memorial service. A private family interment in the Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, Cedar Falls will precede the service.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Gideon's International or Cedar Valley Hospice. Richardson Funeral Home in Cedar Falls is in charge of arrangements.
