WATERLOO — Timothy C. Prindle, 57, of Waterloo, died Monday, May 20, 2013, at the Covenant Medical Center Emergency Room.

He was born June 10, 1955, in Waterloo, son of Charles “Max” and Marguerite “Marge” Roe Prindle.

He was employed in construction and also barge work on the Mississippi River. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines.

Survived by his mother of Waterloo; two brothers, Richard of Waterloo and Dennis of Upper Peninsula, Mich.; a sister, Peggy (Jack) Eherenman of Waterloo; and a special friend, Cindy White of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by his father; and a brother, Joseph.

Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery, where full military rites will be conducted by Waterloo AMVETS Post 19, Evansdale AMVETS Post 31 and U.S. Marine Corps Honor Guard. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, where there will be a 5 p.m. rosary and a 7 p.m. vigil. Visitation also for an hour before services Saturday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the church.
