CEDAR PALLS—Services for Lulu M. Callies, 83, of 916 W. Eighth St., will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John American Lutheran Church with burial in Fairview Cemetery in Cedar Falls. She died Wednesday morning at Sartori Memorial Hospital.

She was born Dec. 25, 1900, at Clay County, daughter of Peter and Clara Selken Paulsen. She married Herman L. Callies Aug. 6, 1921, at Kansas City. She worked for Callies Electrical Co. from 1934 to 1944.

She is survived by her husband; and two sisters, Mrs. Louise Herzberger of Wyoming, Iowa, and Mrs. Florence Larson of Primghar.

Friends may call at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Thursday.
