Ann Moline, Organist, Dead at 56

Miss Ann Moline, 56, music teacher, died at 2:30 p. m. Sunday at her home, 911 Mulberry St. She had been ill of multiple sclerosis for 15 years.

For many years she had given concerts here as a professional organist, appearing at such places as the James Black Dry Goods Co. and Paramount Theatre, as well as on radio.

She was born in Quarey, Iowa, on March 5, 1902, the daughter of Sophia and the late Carl Moline. She later moved to Waterloo.

Ann Moline was graduated from West High School and Gates Business College. She was also a graduate of the American Conservatory of Music of Chicago, receiving her bachelor's degree in organ and theory. She was a life member of Sigma Alpha lota music sorority and of the American Guild of Organists.

Surviving are one sister, Mrs. John Anderson, Rt. 2, and her mother.

Funeral arrangements are pending at the Locke Funeral Home.

MISS ANN MOLINE.

Funeral services for Miss Ann Moline, musician and music teacher, who died Sunday at-her home. 911 Mulberry St., will be conducted at 2 p. m. Wednesday at the Locke funeral home by the Rev. Franz Edward Oerth, pastor of First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery. The casket will remain open until 1 p. m. Wednesday. It will not be opened thereafter
