WATERLOO — Marian F. Landau, 96, of Waterloo, died Friday, Sept. 16, 2005, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center, Waterloo.

She was born April 21, 1909, in Waterloo, daughter of Harry and Flora Miller. She married Carl O. Landau Nov. 23, 1929, in Waterloo. He died July 7, 1986. She graduated from West High School in 1927. She and her husband owned and operated Cities Service Station and Champlin Service Station in Waterloo.

Survivors include a daughter, Kay (Don) Hartson of Waterloo, and a son, Dr. Robert (Joan) Landau of Clear Lake; three granddaughters, Sue (David) Bloemsma of Waterloo, Sally (Rick) Stastny of Cedar Rapids and Sara (Ed) McGarvey of Buckingham, IA.; a grandson, Kevin (Jill) Landau of Mason City; 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Margaret (Mickey) Wieser of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Harold Miller; four sisters: Doris Hitchins, Helyn Knief, Jean Sibert and Florence Sauser; a grandson, David L. Beck; a granddaughter, Ann (Steve) McIntee; and a great-grandson, Sammy McIntee.

Services: 10 a.m. Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
