Donna D. Beard, 60, of 129 S. Jefferson Street, Hudson, died Monday, March 22, 1999 at Covenant Medical Center of natural causes.

She was born July 21, 1938 in La Porte City, the daughter of Warren L. and Ethel M. Proctor Keheler. She married Robert L. Beard on August 27, 1957 in Hudson; he died in July of 1998. Mrs. Beard was a Home Health Care Aid for Black Hawk County since 1985. She was a 1956 graduate of Hudson High School.

She is survived by two sons, Robert and Randall Beard, both of Hudson, three grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, and a sister, Barbara Franck of Hudson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Richard Keleher and a sister, Geraldine Keleher.

Memorial services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 25, 1999 at Hudson Community Church with inurnment in Hudson Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Kearsn, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball and for an hour prior to the services at the church. Her body has been cremated.
